The Indianapolis Museum of Art prides itself as being part of the Indianapolis community. As the museum strives to connect with the city and its inhabitants, the IMA holds a family day every month that encourages local artists to connect with people from all over the city. Part of my role consisted of giving life to the themes of the events through design while still working within the IMA visual identity and brand guidelines. Working closely with the IMA marketing team, I try to visualize and encapsulate their strategy and theme to make their day a reality while keeping the visitors in mind to insure usability.
